President Paul Abel, Vice-President Madonna Treadway Resign from Laurel Bay HOA Board

At the end of the October 12 Board Meeting Paul Abel and Madonna Treadway submitted their resignations. As President Abel stated it was time. Madonna Treadway echoed his sentiment.

An emailed statement from Paul pointed out the hard work to put the HOA on a more sustainable path, build reserves, correct a reserve study, trim costs, approve a budget, and avoid increased homeowner fees. This was done in a contentious environment over a period of years.

He thanked the homeowners for the past five years as the leader of the board. Madonna echoed his comments.
