Rental Cap Committee Dissolves
An e-mail from Committee Chair James Wesley to all homeowners stated: our committee is recommending that the Board NOT proceed with a CC&R amendment restricting rentals on new purchases His reason was that it seemed unreasonable to expect that a rental cap would be approved by 76 Laurel Bay homeowners.
