James Wesley Gives Terse Update on Rental Cap Committee and Walks Out

When James Wesley was asked to give a report to the Board on the Rental Cap Committee (whose charter is: "for the purpose of investigating owners' preferences whether or not owners are in favor or against instituting a rental cap."), he prefaced it by saying that he would not take questions or comments.

He congratulated Directors Treadway and Chase on their election. He then stated that most of his committee members were retired and that it had been a busy month since the August board election, yet according to him, they had not met. He said that there would be a major announcement and data shared by the committee at the October board meeting.

He interrupted a query from President Paul Abel, picked up his chair, and walking out of the meeting.
